I have the original Gold. Original Gold is perfection but I wanted to try something new that gave a similar impression based on the notes and reviews. I first tried the Archive discovery sample pack and liked none of them so I took a risk and purchased Milk expressive to use the coupon I had from the very expensive discovery kit. I had a sample of Milk personal and liked it but found it to be extremely faint. Based on the smoky element of Bold, it seemed expressive was the best choice. However I found the fragrance to be disappointing. First off the strength and staying power isn't there compared to original Gold. One spray of original Gold and you smell it all day, more than that is too much for me, since I can smell things very easily. But Milk Expressive falls short. It's not strong out of the bottle and just not impressive. It is sweet. A little too powdery. Sophisticated but in a grandma way. Like a wealthy smelling grandma. Comforting in the same way but not a fragrance I want on my body as a person in my 30s. I can't imagine and a younger person liking this fragrance. But many do. After trying the discovery kit and trying other samples, I feel like the company is trying too hard to be unisex which loses the soft feminine touch to their fragrances. My recommendation is to get samples before buying a large bottle. I took a risk to use a coupon.
